This was my first attempt at sketching on the Ipad. Since the release of the apple pencil with the Ipad, the hype surrounding it never really got to me until I was made to use it at a store while shopping for a friend (who consequentlty deserves all the credit for getting me hyped up about it). I was hooked. The breadth of options available to one in terms of brush stroke, brush types, colours etc made this a dream for one such as me who only ever sketched using HB pencils, always wondering when, if ever, I’d colour any of the sketches. Thanksgiving 2018 made this dream a reality when I got hold of the Ipad 9.7″ with the 1st gen Apple pencil. I was so excited that the first night, I stayed up to sketch and you can see the fruits of labour down below (including the coloured attempt :D). First doodle on the Ipad also had to be Spider-Man since I had just watched Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse and could not get over the awesomeness that was the movie. Anyway, here you go!
